My approach is to run towards the intrusive deer, waving my arms, and shouting rude sayings. This results in a wide-eyed stare and a slow shambling stroll to get away from the crazy man.

This morning there were two young deer play fighting in the ravine. I couldn't get a photo of them. Nearby was this Mama keeping watch.
